Our Lead Pastors
Brian & Karen Bullock
Brian and Karen Bullock are passionate about helping people experience the hope of Christ and fulfill what God has intended for them. They are eager to launch Union Church Charlotte, an extension of Union Church headquartered in Maryland.
The Bullocks have two children, Summer (9) and Brian Jr. (8). They live in the Concord area of Charlotte and are eagerly anticipating adding a puppy to the family soon.

Stephen & Zai Chandler
Pastors Stephen and Zai Chandler are the bold, encouraging, life-giving senior pastors of Union Church. They share this same passion: to see people discover their God-given destiny and united to their purpose. They have given their lives to helping others find fulfillment.
Between the two of them, they have over 20 years of ministry experience. Before Union Church, Pastor Stephen and Zai pastored Destiny Church for over 10 years. Currently, they reside in Bowie, MD, with their three children Zoe, Roman and Jade.
