Our Lead Pastors
Brian and Karen Bullock are passionate about helping people experience the hope of Christ and fulfill what God has intended for them.
The Bullocks have two children, Summer (10) and Brian Jr. (9). They live in the Concord area of Charlotte and are eagerly anticipating adding a puppy to the family soon.
Our Senior Pastors
Pastors Stephen and Zai Chandler are the bold, encouraging, life-giving senior pastors of Union Church. They share this same passion: to see people discover their God-given destiny and united to their purpose. They have given their lives to helping others find fulfillment.
Between the two of them, they have over 20 years of ministry experience. Before Union Church, Pastor Stephen and Zai pastored Destiny Church for over 10 years. Currently, they reside in Bowie, MD, with their three children Zoe, Roman and Jade.

At Union Kids, we believe in building the next generation. Every service experience is tailor-made to reach your child at their level. Not only will they have fun, but they will learn the fundamentals of the Christian faith.
Upon arrival at all of our locations, you will be able to check in your child at the Union Kids station. Your child will then be led to their classroom and taken care of by background-checked volunteers. For more information, visit our kids page.

Growth Track
There are many ways to get involved. You can begin by attending our Growth Track which will help you get a better understanding of the church and will also help you understand how your gifts can make a difference. The Growth Track occurs after each service at all of our locations.
Groups
Groups are another great way to find your fit and meet people. Groups happen throughout the week in various places around the greater Charlotte area and virtually. In Groups, you can meet people with common interests, build your faith and grow. Learn more here.
