We believe your life will never make sense until you find, develop, and fulfill your purpose while using your gifts and talent to serve others. Whether it’s leading the next generation to Jesus, welcoming guests in church, or creating a distraction free environment as a host, there is a team perfect for you.

This team is made up of 2 different teams, our Social Media Team crafts engaging content across social media platforms, while our Online Team delivers immersive virtual experiences, creating community from near and far.

This team warmly welcomes guests from the front door to the lobby, making everyone feel like family right from the start.

Group Hosts

This team helps build life-long relationships and provide a safe space for others to find community while growing in their relationship with God.

Hosts

This team prepares people for a positive worship experience by welcoming and assisting them to a seat, facilitating the offering, and maintaining a distraction free environment.

Next Steps

This team helps people take their next steps, whether joining a group, attending Growth Track, or getting baptized, simplifying the journey and hosting key church programs.

Outreach

This team blesses communities through tangible acts of Christ’s love like food pantries and outreach events, aiming to make a real difference.

Parking

Creative

Bring your creativity to this team to reach thousands! This team brings creativity to life through visuals that engage and draw people into the Union Church family, capturing God’s movement in every event.

Prayer

This team of trained intercessors covers weekends in prayer, providing a caring space for people to unload burdens and find spiritual support.

Production

This team uses creativity and tech skills to deliver immersive worship experiences through lighting, cameras, and visual elements.

Safety

This team is passionate and dedicated to protecting the church, ensuring a safe environment through proper training. Background checks required.

Set Up/Take Down

This team is where we transform ordinary spaces into divine encounters. Our mission goes beyond setting up equipment; we create an atmosphere where people experience all God has for them.

Stewardship

This team manages Union Church’s financial resources to support the vision and faith journeys of members. Background checks required.

Union Athletics

Union Athletics is a branch of Union Church that focuses on being an open door to the Kingdom of God through sports. This team uses sports to open doors to the Kingdom, instilling confidence and life skills in kids through athletics and academic support.

Union Kids

This team creates a nurturing environment, introducing children to Jesus through worship, activities, and engaging experiences. Background checks required.

Union Students

This team is focused on building the next generation through worship and community, connecting with students in dynamic and relevant ways. Background checks required.

Worship

Through vocals, instruments, or audio engineering, this dynamic team prepares the way for our guests to encounter the presence of the living God.
